I seen very negative reviews after I purchased my dress and I was worried that it wasn't going to come in on time and it came early I ordered it April 5th and it arrived April 9th I also picked 9 day shipping so that's what made me worried but the dress is beautiful and good material!
I placed my order for a sequined dress for my sister’s wedding on march 19th 2021 and it shipped out on the 22nd. I live in an inner city in the Los Angeles county and the package was to arrive from Cerritos, Ca (which is only 30 mins from my city) by march 25-26th. Well it never arrived and when i checked my fedex tracking number the estimate delivery was gone and the status changed to pending. On March 31st 2021
I decided to check the status ( thinking because of the covid pandemic they are lagging with the process) i see that my package arrived to a random destination in Minnesota. Today is April 2nd 2021, my package is still sitting in Minnesota. I called and complained to Fedex as to why my package went from the Los Angeles location all the way to a different State. The customer service agent was utterly useless and just informed me that the carrier was Fedex Smartpost, so it probably had to be the reason why my order traveled from state to state. Nonetheless, I will not be shopping here again. If I ever even receive this package I will be returning it immediately due to the numerous bad reviews (that I should've taken in account for). Im hoping the returning process isn't as mediocre as the shipping process.
04/13/21 update I received the dress, like as I mentioned shipping process was a headache. The dress is in good quality, surprisingly. Just be on top of your tracking if you are going to shop from here.

Most of my dresses are from this store, and it's easy returns just read the policy. I've been shopping at Windsor for more than 4 years and never had a problem with customer service.
I love this store. Different locations have different employees, thus a different customer experience but clothing-wise they're the best. Their clothes make me look AMAZING! This is my go-to spot for club wear and pants for work
So i ordered this dress and picked express shipping (1-2 days) and was nervous it wasn't going to come on time! I read all these bad reviews that said they take forever to ship and i hadn't gotten a tracking link emailed to me. I went to the purchase email and realized the link to track it was in that email. Lol my bad! But it came in 3 days so that's why i took off a star. But i did love the dress! If fit true to size and i am obsessed with it! I will definitely wear it all the time! I will also shop here again for sure!
I am not a regular customer of Windsor, but I will be now. Their dresses, clothes and accessories are fantastic, but moreso, their customer service was excellent. Lesly at the Vernon Hills location was not only welcoming but so helpful with my transaction. She directed me to online customer service where I was helped by Genesis. She was excellent!! Thank you, Genesis, for your patience and above and beyond help with my order. Your professionalism and kindness are very much appreciated.
Windsor has the cutest clothes for the best price. I always get the most compliments when wearing their items. The clothes are consistent and true to size. I'm petite and their clothes fit my body type very well. They have a decent return policy as well. Additionally, their customer service is responsive and very helpful.
I have been shopping at Windsorstore.com for years now and they are my favorite online store to shop at.
I have quite a few dresses and body suits from here. All fit true to size and are great quality for the price you pay. Customer service has always been good when I do end up having an issue with an item.
DENISE RICO a big Thank you! It takes just one person to change your perception of the entire business. We had to return three of the five dresses we ordered for my twin daughters' prom that got canceled due to Covid-19. Short story long; they won't accept the dresses because it was not within the 14 days window allowed for special offers (we missed that part). The package came back because of California's lockdown. The first representative was just repeating the same and the same thing. It was not within 14 days and I was trying to convince her that so many companies are changing their policies to adapt to the new reality and way of living, but the representative didn't want to hear. $154 wasted. I thought to try one more time and Denise Rico made our day. She even called me in person when the phone line she gave me didn't work. She went above and beyond to calm me down and make me feel I was talking to a long time friend. And yes, we returned the dresses and got the refund within 3-4 business days (I was told it would take about 2-3 weeks). Initially, I was thinking I would never shop from them again, but now I think I might and only because of her. The dresses were not bad too.

This is the second time this happen to me. Second time that i order online and did not get my package.

Their shipping is slow. You can return but return shipping is not free for evening gowns (evening gowns cannot be returned to stores so they must be shipped back).
